New Record High: 71° Old Record: 65° (1906)

Today’s record high temperature of 71° broke a 111 year old record for this date. We tied the 69 degree record yesterday.
The National Weather Service in Binghamton confirms that the airport weather station reported 71 degrees at 5:15PM on February 24th, making it the first February day in the 70s on record, stretching back to 1902, (115 years)

Here we recorded a high of 71.9°, so yes, we hit 70 degrees in February

Today 02-25-2017, marks the 4th day in a row of mid 60 degree temperature’s here in Central New York.
This is set to come to an end this afternoon as a cold front moves through bringing temps back into the
